Less acidic, more layered. Tabasco hits hard and fast β Oh' Cajun builds. There's cayenne and chipotle in the back, but smoked paprika and garlic carry the front. Real heat without burnout.
140mg sodium per serving β moderate. Sea salt is the 2nd ingredient (typical for Cajun blends) but we use less than commercial brands so you can still season to taste.
Built from the classic Cajun base β three peppers (white, black, cayenne), smoked paprika, garlic, oregano, thyme. Tested on shrimp, blackened fish, dirty rice. Folks from Lafayette tell us it tastes like home.
Yes. Try it on roasted cauliflower, sautΓ©ed mushrooms, red beans and rice (the actual original use), or vegetable gumbo. All ingredients are plant-based.
Cool, dark place. The cayenne and chipotle stay vibrant for 12-18 months unopened. After opening, finish within 6 months for best heat.
